At the Laboratoire de Physique des Solides, Université Paris Sud, France we have an opening for a one year

Postdoctoral position

in the area of experimental Soft Condensed Matter. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to work on systems of colloidal particles (nano- and micrometric) confined in foams and emulsions using scattering techniques (diffusing wave spectroscopy in particular). The candidate should have an enthusiasm for top-quality collaborative research to be carried out in an active research group and within a European Network.

The prerequisite is a PhD in physics/chemistry/engineering. Experience in scattering techniques is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. The starting date is no later than 1.9.2013, but an earlier date is preferable.
